Ever wonder what my gear list looks like and what I carry while on the trail? Probably not, but I am going to share it with you anyway, lmao! Here is my complete backpacking gear list.
Keep in mind that I do not always carry everything you see. My base weight ranges from 11 to 16 pounds, with total pack weight ranging from 22 to 28 pounds (that includes 3 days of food and 1 L of water). What I carry depends on the season, the trail, and whether I am solo or with Suspenders.

Trail Gear Lists
Pinhoti Trail – My gear list for the Pinhoti Trail (Oct – Nov 2024)
Appalachian Trail 2020 – My gear list from when I attempted the Appalachian Trail in 2020
Appalachian Trail 2025 Shared – This is the gear I will be taking on my Appalachian Thru-hike attempt with my husband in 2025.
Lonestar Hiking Trail—This was my first long trail. Gear-wise, I have come a long way since then.
