Howdy Y’all (that is Texan for Hi)! I am Bridget, the writer behind Nutty Hiker Adventures as well as the author of the weekly newspaper columns Dear Military Spouse & Ask Bridget.

I write about travel destinations, hiking trails, gear reviews, camping, backpacking, and outdoor adventure. I work closely with outdoor and travel brands, tourism boards, hotels, as well as fellow bloggers to bring my readers the most up to date information on the outdoors and travel destinations.

I tailor each post with personal experiences, so no post ever feels spammy or fake in order to bring about the most reach for that post.

All opinions are my own. Even though I review products and services that were given to me for free in exchange for a review, does not mean it will be a 100% positive review. I give my honest review and my readers are loyal to me for this exact reason. I cannot be bought and because of that brands love working with me as well!

Photos and Videos that are on my blog were taken and edited by myself unless otherwise stated. Media used for your project and produced by myself might be able to be used for your marketing purposes dependant upon terms of our agreement.

Nutty Hiker Adventures has on average over 7,500 visits per month (and growing) and more than 42,000 readers per year.

I am a freelancer which means I can work from anywhere at any time! We don’t need to be in the same city or area to work together.

You Supply Text & Pictures – $275
Written by Me – $500 (for a 350-word post)

• Blog post (you supply pictures) in any category of your choice. Minimum of 300 words. Max 1500 words.
• The blog post will stay active for a minimum of 12 months (however, to date I have never deleted a post).
• Text links are all no-follow per Google Guidelines, (this is non-negotiable). Placing follow links in posts like this can get both my site and your site banned from the google search index or at the minimum severely hurt both of our search rankings.
• Author picture and bio at the end of the post (if you are supplying text).
• FTC Disclaimer (legally required by the FTC) which states the post is sponsored by (insert your website).

• You supply Picture (or link) and caption to be shared.
• Will use the branded content tool on Facebook.
• All posts will include the required #ad hashtag per the FCC.

PRODUCT REVIEW WITH (OR WITHOUT) GIVEAWAY – FREE

This is great for those that would like to get extra traffic to their social networking sites, websites, or newsletter signups plus an honest review of your product/service. The review will be posted under our Reviews Section as well as in a relevant category.

For Reviews With Giveaways
If you would like us to hold a giveaway with the review (highly recommended as it typically brings more engagement), you will need to send an item to us for review (this item will not be returned). Once the review is complete we will launch the giveaway.

You will be responsible for sending the giveaway prize item to the winner.

Giveaways are hosted on the KingSumo platform or similar and require entrants to do certain activities such as follow a twitter account, retweet about the giveaway, join a mailing list, etc… in order to gain extra entries.

Once the giveaway is over and the winner has been announced, we will contact you with the winner’s information. You will then mail the winner their prize within 72 hours of the giveaway closing and the winner being announced. Additionally, we will place your company name, website, and what item you donated on our previous giveaway page on our site.

All that we ask from you in return is that during the giveaway (we will notify you beforehand), to tag us in a status message from your Facebook fan page and/or twitter about the giveaway. This is to help promote the giveaway.
