Latest on the PCS Blog: Report Date Moved!
Our report date has been moved up by 20 days! That means that instead of leaving here August 1st, we will be leaving here around July 10th! In addition to that my husband started his Fire 1 class last night and found out it will not be over with until the end of April, that now means that our house hunting plans have changed. Instead, I will now be leaving for Texas in March to look for (and hopefully find) a house to buy. If we were to wait for his class to be through, so he could go as well, then we would be waiting until May sometime and that is way to close for my liking! So looks like I will be doing the house hunting trip alone. Yikes!
It is just a small kink in our plans, but we will Facetime as I walk through the houses so he can see them too!
Now it’s really time for me to get my PCS checklist out and start working on it! Don’t worry my next blog post will contain a printable version of the checklist so you can download it too to use when you PCS =)
