Guess who is hiking with me Thursday? Firefighters from Central Bell County Fire & Rescue! I finally get to meet some of Jerry’s brothers from his “other family”. I am super super super excited! Our local news station KWTX Channel 10 will also be out hiking with us and will air my story later that evening! So, make sure that if you are local that you watch the news broadcast tonight! For those that are not local, I will make sure to share the video of the broadcast!
I don’t expect us to hike a long distance as I know they are busy and I don’t want to keep them from the station for too long! I guess we could just chalk it up to them getting some PT time in, right!? I think we will keep it simple and just do sidewinder trail. I know the news crew will also be hiking with us as well and then after there will be interviews with everyone!
I hiked 2.74 miles today. Not much, but like always at least it is something!
