Couples Rep Program

Want to get your couples sessions for free? Love earning free prints? Have lots of friends that you’d love to refer to us? GREAT! Read about our Couple Rep Program! We are looking for Couple Reps in several areas around the Fort Hood area. We will choose 1 couple from each city. Will you be the lucky couple? A new couple for each city is chosen every year, so if you don’t get in this time, no worries you can try again next year!

Nutty Hiker Photography is looking for FUN, OUTGOING, AND RESPONSIBLE couple interested in becoming couple representatives. We are looking for couples in the Fort Hood and surrounding areas, to help promote our business to their friends. We will be collecting applications until end of day January 31st from anyone wanting to be considered as one of our reps. We will choose one couple from each surrounding city mid February. Not everyone who applies will be chosen.

Want to have some great images for Facebook? Want to earn free prints, photo albums, and other cool stuff? Want to be the envy of all your friends? Then our Couple Rep Program may be for you.

If accepted, you will be representing Nutty Hiker Photography and will spread the word to all your friends about our Portrait Sessions throughout the year. Be sure to let your friends know also, so they will have a chance to apply for the 2015 program! For every friend you refer us to (that books and pays for a session), you will receive a print credit to your account and your friends will receive a discount on their session and prints.

In order to be a couple rep, you must:

• Have great style, lots of personality and enjoy being in front of the camera.
• Live in or within one of these surrounding cities (Fort Hood, Copperas Cove, Killeen, Harker Heights, Nolanville, Belton, Temple, Salado, or Gatesville).
• Be available to have one session completed before April 1st and available for additional sessions through the rep year.
• Agree to tell your friends about Nutty Hiker Photography and refer us out to them with your personalized Couple Rep cards (these are also free to you).
• Sign a model release form for each family member and the Couple Rep Agreement.
• Agree to represent ONLY Nutty Hiker Photography and use these images as your family portraits.
• Everyone in the family must be available for portraits the entire year.
• Every member of your family that has a Facebook account must “Like” our Nutty Hiker Photography page (this is where your portraits will be showcased)

As part of our couple rep program you will receive the following:

• Unlimited clothing changes.
• Photos may be completed in one session or several sessions at Nutty Hiker Photography’s discretion. Several locations may be used.
• The opportunity to earn print credits for every person you refer to Nutty Hiker Photography for portraits. (And your friends get perks, too!)
• Personalized referral cards to give to friends and family with your names, your couple portrait, and our Business information to hand out to friends and family.
• Several of our favorite photos as low-resolution files to share on social networking sites like Facebook (with our logo on them).

Referral Discounts

When your referrals book a paid session and bring in your Rep Card you will receive a $20 print credit to your account.

You will only receive credit for referrals earned before December 31. Any referral cards used between the time your session is complete and December 31, will be kept and you can order additional products or prints with your credits.

Terms and conditions are listed below for all Family Portrait Reps:

The first photo session must be completed by March 1st of the Rep Year (the year begins on Jan 1st and ends on Dec 31st of that same year). You must sign a model release for all family members, allowing us to use your images for advertising purposes. A valid Couple Portrait Rep Referral Card must be presented by a referred friend or family member in order to receive any credits to your account. Credits will only be issued when a referred friend’s session is complete and all fees are paid in a timely manner by the referred friend. The program is first come, first serve, so act fast if you are interested.

Interested couples should submit all information by January 31st. Reps will be chosen in mid-February by Nutty Hiker Photography. Reps will be contacted if chosen and also announced on the Blog and on Facebook. No more than 1 family will be chosen from each local city (Fort Hood, Copperas Cove, Harker Heights, Killeen, Belton, Nolanville, Temple, Salado, Gatesville, Kempner).

All referred friends will receive a discount off their session and off prints with a valid referral card. Your participation in the program will not only introduce you to a new way for cutting edge, personalized photography, but also a way to earn incentives toward your session for couple portraits at little or no cost.
