Lunar Mini Golf – Killeen Mall

December 21, 2016 by Nutty Hiker Last Modified: January 18, 2017Leave a Comment

Lunar Mini Golf inside the Killeen Mall near Fort Hood Texas

We have been to the mall a thousand times since living here and each time we go we see the blacklight mini golf course called Lunar Mini Golf. We finally went this past weekend when it was freeze your balls off cold outside.

Funny how indoor mini golf sounds amazing when it’s 19 degrees outside lol.

It is an 18 hole putt putt course that you can play twice with your paid admission which at the time of this post is $9/per player 13 & up and $8/per player 6-12 years. Under 6 years old is $6/per player. Groups of 5 or more get a slight discount.

I expected it to be somewhat crowded seeing as it was a weekend and freezing outside. Thankfully it wasn’t, and there was only 1 other group in there with us. We decided to just do one round. The kids were ready to leave (as were we). It was just the perfect amount of time for our family of 4.

If you get your ball in the “win” hole on the last hole you get a Free round to use at a later time (happy to say I now have a free round to play at a later time lol). There is no snack bar inside, so don’t expect to grab a snack or drink while you are in there. They do, however, have Birthday Party Packages that start at $99.

Our Thoughts

All in all, if you are bored and the weather is crappy outside, this is definitely something that is close to post that you can do with the kids to waste some time and have some family bonding =)
