If you are interested in sponsoring a giveaway and wondering what the entry form might look like, here is a giveaway example with some entry options. Feel free to enter an email address to see how each entry option works. There are also other options for entries. All available entry options are listed below the form. Each giveaway can be tailored directly to each sponsor.
An email address is required to enter, which allows us to collect the email addresses of all confirmed entries. Each entrant agrees to be added to the sponsor’s email list as a condition of entry. After the giveaway is over, I will export all confirmed entries into .csv format so you can have the list of all email addresses that were entered along with the winner information so you can mail out the prize to them.
Entry forms are added to the bottom of reviews and are also a standalone page (as in this example) allowing either URL to be shared.

- Visit a Website –The Visit a Page entry option allows you to require contestants to visit a website in exchange for entries.
- Answer a Question – The Answer a Question entry option allows visitors to enter an answer to a question you specify.
- Polls and Surveys – The Polls and Survey action allow visitors to vote or submit answers to a question that you can then see. Multiple answers are allowed if you wish to enable that option.
- Submit an Image Action – The Submit an Image action allows visitors to submit an image that you can use for a photo contest or other purposes. Maybe a picture of them with your product.
- Invent Your Own – The Invent Your Own entry option allows you to decide what you want your entrant to do. The option is almost unlimited.
- Leave a Comment -The Leave a Comment entry option allows you to ask people to leave a comment on a blog post if your site has a commenting feature for articles.
- Subscribe to RSS Feed – The Subscribe to RSS Feed entry option allows you to ask people to subscribe to an RSS feed in exchange.
- Subscribe to Podcast – The Subscribe to Podcast entry option allows you to ask people to subscribe to your Podcast in exchange for entries.
