Chica’s Arm Candy Review

May 1, 2018 by Nutty Hiker Last Modified: February 18, 20227 Comments

This post is sponsored by Chica’s Arm Candy.

Guys, I am super excited to let you all know that Jen with Chica’s Arm Candy sent me a super awesome bracelet to check out and review. I know, lucky me right?!

But here is why my readers are super lucky, she has agreed to giveaway a bracelet to 2 of my readers! You will find the entry form below my review!

She sent me over the Hike Arm Candy bracelet and this thing is absolutely the perfect gift or accessory for any hiker!

My Review of Chica’s Arm Candy

I am not much of a jewelry wearer, but I have worn this every day since receiving it. It is very earthy/outdoorsy-like, which fits me perfectly, especially for everyday wear.

It is well made and I love the “clasp” which reminds me of a slip knot. Maybe that is what it is called? I always have the hardest time with putting on bracelets that use traditional clasps, and for some reason, they never seem to stay closed and I always end up losing bracelets.

This bracelet is very easy to put on and because of the unique clasp, you can have the bracelet as loose or as tight as you want. Once you have the tightenest you want, it stays until you want to loosen it. I had no issue with it loosening on its own.

About Chica’s Arm Candy

Chica’s Arm Candy started while her husband and she were in Costa Rica, where they lived for 4 years. They had quit their jobs in the US and learned to live a more simple and fulfilling life. Her jewelry is simple and down-to-earth. She makes every piece by hand, and her items are sturdy enough for everyday wear (i.e. hiking, climbing mountains, sleeping, showering…). Visit her website.

Jen is also the author of 4 books on Amazon (under “Jen Beck Seymour”) and is currently writing a book on Thru-Hiking the Appalachian Trail with her husband, Greg. Visit her hiking blog!
