Intimacy On The Plate : Cookbook

January 5, 2018 by Nutty Hiker Last Modified: June 22, 2020Leave a Comment

I was sent a copy of Intimacy on the Plate: 209 Aphrodisiac Recipes to Spice Up Your Love Life at Home Tonight from the publisher for free for my honest review.

What I love about this cookbook is that it is not only a cookbook but it also tells you what ingredients do what as well as tell you which foods work better for men and which work better for women. There is a lot of information as well as recipes to help you get “in the mood”.

Intimacy on the Plate Cookbook

The recipes are divided into categories such as vegetables, fish, seafood, nuts, fruits, chocolate, and even a section for drinks & “love potions”.

Most of the recipes are easy to understand and only have a handful of ingredients, however, some have ingredients that I have never heard of and aren’t sold at my local supermarket. So that is something to keep in mind. I have yet to figure out where to buy those ingredients or if there is a similar substitute for them.

This is definitely a cookbook for anyone who is tired of the same ole recipes remade like you find in many cookbooks that are sold.

From the back cover of Intimacy on the Plate:

Every couple knows that the key to a harmonious home is a healthy love life, but keeping your time in bed spicy isn’t enough – you need to turn to the kitchen and amp up the flavor. Intimacy On The Plate: Extra Trim Edition contains the same 200+ elegant, erotic recipes as the original, but has been reformatted for size and convenience.

Olga Petrenko, a housewife from Ukraine who poured years of her life into combining the science of aphrodisiacs with traditional cuisine. Using a wide range of ingredients, including vegetables, mushrooms, fish, nuts, herbs, and spices, you and your partner will experience the full range of erotic properties that food offers. From appetizers to main courses, side dishes, beverages, and desserts, you’ll always have something scintillating to offer up on date night with Intimacy on the Plate in your kitchen.
