Didn’t feel like hiking this morning, however, I did it anyway and now feel energized for the day. I hate days that I wake up feeling like I hadn’t slept at all. It makes it really hard to talk myself into hiking.
I am always glad I did though because it really does give me energy that lasts for most of the day and surprisingly works better than coffee. I only did 2.63 miles but something is better than nothing!
